HOLIDAY COTTAGE TO RENT IN MALLORCA NEAR ANDRATX MAJORCA

The cottage is situated in the countryside although less than a few minutes by car from Andratx.

The Casita (small cottage) looks onto the garden which is very pretty and relaxing. It has its own terrace where you can sit and eat under orange trees and listen to the bird songs.

It is nicely furnished and comfortable with a very pleasant atmosphere especially in winter with the Mallorquin fireplace crackling away on a chilly evening.

The kitchenette is small but adequate for holiday cooking. Upstairs is a very pretty beamed double bedroom with a view to the mountains and a modern bathroom en suite.

There is a BBQ in the garden for everyone to use and also a washing machine.

Prices:

• from £280 pounds to 350 per week for the Casita - 2 people
• from £175 pounds to 225 for the room - 2 people - depending on time of year.
• Bookings of less than a week are accepted - please enquire.

Price includes weekly cleaning and change of linen and towels. Extra cleaning is not included but can be arranged on request
A deposit of 20% is required on reservation, and the balance on arrival.

Additional information:

The owner lives in the adjoining house and so is usually around should anything go wrong or you need a good book, want something you´ve run out of, or simply advice where to eat, walk, whatever.

Please be aware that we have a dog and cats who live in our house, although they are not allowed into the Casita.
