Santa Ponsa is located only a 20-minute drive from the capitol city of Palma de Mallorca and just 30 minutes from the international airport. The Southwest coast of the island has lots of family entertainment, Marineland, Aquapark, Western Park and Pirates all within a few minutes drive.
The resort itself is ideal for families with shops, bars and restaurants of many types to suit all pockets. Buses and taxis are readily available from the main square 200 yards away to all parts of the island. Information of family entertainment in the area and the many places of interest on the island will be found in the apartment.

THE APARTMENT

Although just a few minutes from the lovely large main beach in Santa Ponsa, a 10-minute walk to the 'little beach' and close to all amenities in the resort the apartment is in a peaceful location. In the complex there is a swimming pool with a roped-off children's area and large terraces for sun bathing.
The pool

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very light. The kitchen contains fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob and all the cutlery, crockery and glassware that is needed for a party of 6 persons. In a separate utility room there is a washing machine, iron & ironing board. Kitchen

THE ACCOMMODATION

The lounge/dining room is large and comfortable with two large sofas, dining table, chairs for 6, a TV with British satellite programmes and air conditioning.
Terrace

Opening out from the lounge is the large terrace with table and chairs for 'al-fresco dining' from which there are wonderful open views to the mountains.

There is one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms all having bedside tables with lamps and ample storage space. A cot is also available free of charge for guests use.The main bedroom has air conditioning.

The apartment contains one full modern bathroom and one separate toilet with hand basin.

All linen is provided except for beach towels and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned weekly at no extra cost.
