The house occupies about 265 sq metres on land of just over 1200 sq metres. Its three very large bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. There are both covered and uncovered terraces, a fire place, full gas heating and a fully integrated sound system that even serves the bathrooms.

While this villa is currently unfurnished, it does come fully equipped with kitchen appliances. The owners are willing to consider requests for the addition of some furnishings if required, so please do ask.

The Villa

The attractive entrance hall is spacious and features a stone archway that leads to the principal ground floor reception rooms

Double doors open onto a covered terrace with views of the sea.

Steps lead up from the lounge into the dining room, which has double doors that open onto a large terrace with excellent view of the sea and mountains.

This is a spacious room with fully fitted high quality pine wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The suite opens on to 2 separate terraces one to the front of the house and one to the side, the terraces offer fabulous views over the pool, sea and mountains.
