This villa is located in the Nova Santa Ponsa neighbourhood called Ensemaida, with great sea views.
The house occupies about 265 sq metres on land of just over 1200 sq metres. Its three very large bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. There are both covered and uncovered terraces, a fire place, full gas heating and a fully integrated sound system that even serves the bathrooms.
While this villa is currently unfurnished, it does come fully equipped with kitchen appliances. The owners are willing to consider requests for the addition of some furnishings if required, so please do ask.

The attractive entrance hall is spacious and features a stone archway that leads to the principal ground floor reception rooms

ice and cold water dispensers and a space for dishwasher (not provided).

This room has a door leading to a fully covered rear veranda and houses a washing machine, sink
and central heating boiler.
