Located in the best residential area of Santa Ponsa, this is a rare opportunity to rent a minimally furnished villa. Soon to be the owner's home, it comes with kitchen applicances and furnishing requests will be considered. With sea and mountain views, it is near 3 world class golf courses, 2 marinas, 3 beaches, local and international schools, and Palma airport (10-15 minutes drive away).
The house occupies about 265 sq metres on land of just over 1200 sq metres. Its three very large bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. There are both covered and uncovered terraces, a fire place, full gas heating and a fully integrated sound system that even serves the bathrooms.
While this villa is currently unfurnished, it does come fully equipped with kitchen appliances. The owners are willing to consider requests for the addition of some furnishings if required, so please do ask.

The large kitchen is fully fitted with good quality pine and marble work surfaces. It is equipped with a fitted oven, hob and extractor unit, american refridgerator/freezer with ice and cold water dispensers and a space for dishwasher (not provided).

The impressive staircase with stained glass window leads to the 1st floor master bedroom suite.This is a spacious room with fully fitted high quality pine wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The suite opens on to 2 separate terraces one to the front of the house and one to the side, the terraces offer fabulous views over the pool, sea and mountains.
